Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Flowers must be returned in their original, unaltered condition.
Non-returnable Items:

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in our return authorization email.
